We’re looking for a talented Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team and drive high-impact collaborations that fuel our global business growth.

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that expand our reach, enhance our offerings, and generate value for our customers and stakeholders. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and leadership teams to create and maintain long-term strategic alliances with key partners.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities aligned with business goals and market trends.

  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts to establish mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Build and nurture relationships with external partners, industry stakeholders, and influencers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnership strategies into product development, marketing, and sales efforts.

  • Analyze partnership performance metrics and report ROI, outcomes, and future opportunities.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to identify trends and networking opportunities.

  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and make data-informed decisions to optimize partnership strategy.

Minimum Requirements

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. If you’re passionate about building long-lasting business relationships and driving strategic growth, this role is for you.

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, preferably in tech or fintech.

  • Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing strategic deals.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and market research.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working across teams and time zones in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or enterprise technology.

  • Existing network of industry contacts across relevant sectors.

  • Understanding of go-to-market strategies, channel partnerships, and co-marketing initiatives.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
