We’re looking for a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-informed decision-making through insightful analysis, scalable reporting, and strategic collaboration.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that guide business strategy and optimize performance across our global operations. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and inform high-impact decisions.
What You’ll Do
Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic initiatives.
Build scalable dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain data models to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, track performance, and evaluate product or business outcomes.
Ensure data integrity and reliability through quality checks, process improvements, and validation techniques.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and contribute to best practices in data analytics.
Explore and recommend new tools, technologies, or methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented analyst who thrives in a data-driven environment. If you’re passionate about analytics and want to make a measurable impact on global operations, this role is for you.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and statistical methods.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex data to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-transaction environments.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake.
Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and experimentation design.
Understanding of data governance, compliance, and privacy standards.
Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and workflow tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
