We’re looking for a visionary Lead Product Designer to join our team and shape intuitive, high-impact experiences that power global financial transactions.
As a Lead Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining the user experience and design direction for our suite of products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions that solve complex problems and support seamless, high-volume transactions for businesses worldwide.
What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end design process—from research and ideation to prototyping and handoff—for core product features.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design goals and align user needs with business objectives.
Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design intent.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate designs and continuously improve product usability.
Establish and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and brand alignment across platforms.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative and innovative design culture.
Stay current with industry trends and design tools to continuously elevate the product experience.
Minimum Requirements
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you’re passionate about solving complex problems through design and creating delightful user experiences, this role is for you.
5+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or other modern design tools.
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design processes.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in agile environments.
Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present design decisions to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or complex transactional systems.
Background in UX research or data-informed design processes.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
Contributions to open-source design systems or UX communities.
